ORDINANCE NUMBER 3721 .
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a
Certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Se"ction T. -khat- "the "sum of -$9',096:83 be and the -same is
hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction.Company from
the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of
85% of the contract price for materials furnished and labor
performed prior to June 1st, 1929, in' the construction of Storm
Sewer Number 11, under contract dated March 11th, 1929.
Section 2. 'That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina,
Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance,.said Temporary Note to be
payable on or before six month.!` from date,:and,.to draw
interest at the rate"of six per cent per annum:
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in foree
from and after its passage.
