BE IT O.ZDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $15,000.00 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the V'1ater and Fight
Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of the following
c lain.:
Salina Water Works Co., For part payment on Water,,
Account 15 3,000.00
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he
is hereby;;auuhorized to issue a warrant countersigned by
the City Manager upon the City Treasury for the payment of
the claire mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section
3. This
ordinance
shall take effect and be
in full force
from and
after its
passage.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City

same is hereby appropriated out of the slater & Light
Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of the follow-
ing claim:,'
Salina Water Works Co., For part payment on
water account $159000.00
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and
he is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned
by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the pay-
ment of the claim mentioned in Section one (1) of this
ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage.
