ORDINANCE NO. 2960
An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $205.16 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the General Fund (Administration and
Finance Department) for the payment of the following claim:
Roy IN. Perkins, Major
161st F. A. Appropriation
$205.16
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City
Xanager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim
mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.
Passed and approved, larch 24th, 1924.

(Administration & Finance Department) for the payment
of the following claim:

Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and
he is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned
by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the pay-
ment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this
ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage.
