An Ordinance prohibiting the use of the streets., alleys, avenues,
and other public thoroiighfares of the City of Salina,
Kansas for the all night parking of automobiles and
other vehicles and proViding a penalty for the viola-
tion of this ordinance.

tion of this ordinance.

k; BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That it shall be unlawful for any person to
use any street, alley, avenue or other public thoroughfare •or
any.part or portion thereof, within the City of oalina, Kansas,
for,the purpose of what is commonly known as "all night parking" -
of any automobile, truck or other vehicle, and it shall be rr
unlawful for any person to leave or to allow or permit any such
automobile, truck or other vehicle to be left standing in any
such street, alley or other public thoroughfare for such purpose.
Section 2. That any person violating any of the provis-
ions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
and upon conviction thereof shall be, fined in any sum not greater
than 'ien Dollars ($10.00).
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its publication once in the official
City paper.
