An ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of ") alina'. Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum, of X8.86 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Band 4rrearage Fund in the
City Treasury to be placed in the Band Fund, same being
balance from 1923.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he
is hereby authorized to issue awarrant countersigned by
the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the purpose
and amount specified in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $8.86 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the.Band Arrearage
Fund in the City Treasury to be placed in the Band Fund,
same being balance from 1923.
Section 2. That the .Director of Finance be
and he is hereby authorized to issue a warrant counter-
signed by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer
for the purpose and amount specified in Section One (1)
of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from andafter its passage.
