An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of
a certaih claim,
RE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Conmiissioners of the City
of Gal ina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of �48.34 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the Memorial Hall Fund in
the City Treas=7 to be placed in the Memorial Hall
(Maintenance) Fund., same being balance from 19233.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and
he is hereby authorized to issue a Tuarrant countersigned
by the City 11anager upon the City Treasurer for the purpose
and amount speicifed in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
-Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina', Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $48.34 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the Memorial Hall Fund
in the City c.Treaslfry. to be placed in the Memorial Hall
(Maintenance) Fund, same being balance from 1923t_:: ,
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and
he is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned
by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the purpose
and amount specified in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage.
