ORDINANCE NUMBER 2951.
An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORD. DI by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $350.00 is hereby appro-
priated out of the General Improvement Fund in the City
Treasury for IQ -lie payment of the following claim.:
Smith -Graham Construction For mixer an,-,. other ,
Company equipr.,ient 4350.00
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue a .Tarrant countersigned by the
City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the
claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take e1ofect and be in
full force from and after its passage.
