An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a cer-
tain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by_.the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $10178.31 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Memorial Hall Fund in the City
Treasury for the payment of the following,claim:
Cassell Electric Company, Final payment on Electric
Wiring Contract X12178.31
Seotion 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby.authorized.to issue a warrant countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City'Treasurer for the payment of the claim
mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3.. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.
Passed.and approved, November'26th; 1923.

in the City Treasury for the payment of the following claim:

is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the
City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the
claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
