An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
oection 1. That the sum of $28b0.00 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the General -Improvement Fund.
in the City Treasury for the payment of the following claim:
Bailey Reynolds Chandelier For Part payment on Elec-
Company trical Fixtures $2800.00
Section 2. That the Director,of the Department of
Finance be and he is hereby authorized fo issue a warrant
countersigned by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer
for the payment of the claim mentioned in.Section One (1)
of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage.

An.Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment
of a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $2800.00 be and
the same is hereby appropriated out of the' General
Improvement Fund in the City Treasury for the pay-
ment of the following claim:
Bailey -Reynolds Chandelier For part payment on
Company Electrical Fixtures $2800.00`
Section 2. That the Director of the Department
of Finance be and he is hereby authorized tf� issue
a Warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon the
City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned
in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect
and be in full force from and after its passage.
