An Ordinance making appropriations for miscellaneous purposes.
bE 1T ORDAINL7) by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 5719.29 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the General Fund (Administration and Finance
Department) for the payment of the following claims:
Red Cross Part payment on 1923 appropriation x}500.00
Roy W. Perkin:,, IAajor
161st field Artillery -art payment on 1923 appropriation 219. 29
Section 2. That the Director of the Department of Finance be
and he is hereby authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the
City lVIanager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims
mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $719.29 be and the same
is hereby appropriated outof the General Fund (Administration
and Finance Department) for the payment of the following
claims:
Red Cross, Part payment on 1923
appropriation 6500.00
Roy V!. Perkins, Major
161st Field Artillery, Part payment on 1923
Appropriation 219.29
Section 2. That the Director of the Department of
Finance be and he is hereby authorized to issue warrants
countersigned by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for
the payment of the claims mentioned in Section One (1) of this
ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage.
