BE PP ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
oection 1. That the sum of X248.35 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Memorial.iiall Fund in the
City Treasury for the payment of the following claims:
Cassell Electric 'jo. 8th payt on electrical
cantract ............. X200.00
Peterson Const. Co. Water used in connection
of Memorial hall for 7
months ................ 48.35
Total ............................... .p248.35
Section 2. That the liirector of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims
mentioned in Section one (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.
