An ordinance creating and establishing Lateral Sewer District No.
4-G in the City of Salina; Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Lateral Sewer District No. 4-G in Sewer
Zone "G" in the City of Salina.. Kansas be and the same is here-
by created and established, said Lateral Sewer District No. 4-U
to include and be comprised of the following territory within
the corporate limits of said City:
Lots 1, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 110 12, 13, 14, 150
162 17, and 18 in Block 1; Lot-- 1, 6, 7,
8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 142 15, 160 17 and
18, Block 20 Highland Court Addition.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its publication once in the official City
paper.
Introduced for first reading, September 24th, 1923.
Passed and approved, October 1, 1923.

An ordinance creating and establishing lateral Sewer District
No. Four - G in the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Lateral Sewer District No. Four -
G in Server- Zone "G", in the City of Salina, Kansas, be and the
same is hereby created and established, said Lateral Setter Dis-
trict No. Four - G to include and be comprised of the follow-
ing territory within the corporate limits of said City:
Lots one (1), six (6), seven (7), eight (8), nine (9),
ten (10), eleven (11), twelve (12), thirteen (13),
fourteen (14), fifteen (15), sisteen (16), seventeen
(17), and eighteen (18) in Block one (1); Lots one (1),
six (6)0 seven (7), eight (8), nine (9), ten (10),
eleven (11), twelve (12), thirteen (13), fourteen (14),
fifteen (15), sixteen (16), seventeen (17) and eighteen
(18) Block two (2) Highland Court Addition.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its publication once in the official
City paper.
