An Ordinance creating and establishing Lateral Sewer District No.
12=14' and 6-G in the City of oalina, Kansas..
BE IT URDAIN1,I) by the board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas;
Section 1. That Lateral Sewer District No. 18-F and ti -g
in Sewer Tones "F" and "G" in the'City of Salina, Kansas be and
the same are hereby created and established, said Lateral Sewer
Listricts No. 12-F and 6-G to include and be comprised of the
following territory within the corporate limits of said City;
All of Lots 5, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23,
24, 25, 261 27, 28 and. 29, Block 31 High-
land Court Addition to Salina, Kansas,
Lots 23 and 24, Block 13, Lots 23, and 24
Block 1$, Lots 23 and 24 in Block 14,
Bachtold's Plat of 'Nest View Addition to
Salina, Kansas. The east 1/2 of south
100 and 70 I:'eet of Block 16, Surveyor's
I'l""t 10.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its publication once in the official City
paper.
Introduced for first reading, September 24, 1923.
Passed and approved, October 1, 1923.

trict No. Twelve -F and six- G in the City of aalina, Kan,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kasas:
Section 1. That the Lateral Sewer District
No. Twelve - F and Six - G in Sewer Zones "F h G" in the
City of Salina, Kansas, be and the same is hereby created
and established, said Lateral sewer District No. Twelve -
F and Six - G to include and be comprised of the following
territory within the corporate limits of said City:
All of Lots five (5), seventeen (17), eight-
een (18),nineteen (19), twenty (20), twenty-
one (21), twenty two (22), thenty three (23),
twenty four (24), twenty five(25), twenty six
(26), twenty seven (27), tirenty eight (28)and
twenty nine (29), Block Three (3), Highland
Court Addition to Salina, Kansas, Lots twenty-
three (23) and twenty four (24), Block thirteen
(13), Lots twenty three (23) and twenty four
(24), Block fourteen (14), in Bachtold Plat
Of 'nest View Addition to Salina, Kansas. The
east one half (2) of south one hundred and
seventy (170) feet of Block sixteen (16)
Surveyor's Plat Ten (10).
