An ordinance creating and establishing Lateral Sewer District No.
10-F in the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE .IT ORDAINBD by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Lateral Sewer District No. 1-F in Sewer
Zone "F" in the City of Salina, Kansas be and the same is
hereby created and established, said Lateral hewer District
No. 10- F to include and be comprised of the following territory
within the corporate limits of said City:
Lots 1 and 2 and the north 50 feet of Lot
4 Block 9, South Park Addition. Lots 3,
and 4 Block "B", and. Lots 1 and 2 Block
"A", South Park Sub -Division No. 1. Lots
3 and 4 Block 4 South Park Addition. Lot
17 Replat of Block 5, South Park Addition.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its publication once in the official City
paper.
Introduced for first reading, September 24th, 1923.
Passed and approved.. October 1, 1923.

An ordinance creating and establishing Lateral Sewer District
No. Ten - F in the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina,. Kansas:
Section 1, That Lateral Sewer District No. Ten - F
in Sewer Zone "F", in the City of Salina, Kansas, be and the
same is hereby created and established, said Lateral Sewer
District No. Ten - F to include and be comprised of the foll-
owing territory within the corporate limits of said City:
Lots one (1) & two (2) and the North fifty (50) feet
of Lot four (4) Block nine (9) South Park Addition.
Lots three (3) & four (4) Block"B" and Lots one (1.)
& two (2) Block "A", South Park Sub -Division No.l.
Lots three (3) & four (4) Block four (4) South Park
Addition. Lot seventeen (17) Replat of Block five (5)
South.Park Addition.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its publication once in the off-
icial City paper.
