An Ordinance creating and establishing Lateral :,ewer District No.
8-C in the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT uRDAINED by the Board of Commissioners.o£ the Uity of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Lateral sewer District No. 8-C'
in Sewer Zone."Ci° in the City of Salina, Kansas be and the
same is hereby created and established, said Lateral sewer
District No. 3-C to include and becomeprised of the follow-
ing territory within the corporate limits of said City:
All of lots 12, and 13 on Ash Street, the
north 70 feet of. Lot. 11,. and all of
lots 12 and 13 on State Street, all in
University Addition to Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its publication once in the official
City paper.
Introduced for first -reading, September 24th, 1923.
Passed and,approved, October 1st, 1923.

An ordinance creating and establishing Lateral Sewer Dis-
trict No. Eight - C in the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Lateral Sewer District No.
Eight - C in Sewer Zone "C", in the City of Salina, Kansas,
be and the same is hereby created and established, said
Lateral Sewer District No. Eight - C to include and be com-
prised of the following territory within the corporate lim-
its of said City:
All of lots twelve (12) and thirteen (13) on Ash
Street, the north seventy (70) feet of Lot eleven
(11), and all of lots twelve (12) and thirteen(13)
on State Street, all in University Addition to
Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its publication once in the
official City paper.
