An Ordinance creating and establishing Lateral )ewer Listrict No.
5-G in the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Lateral Sewer District No. 5-F in
Sewer Zone "G" in the City of Salina, Kansas, be and the same is
`hereby created and established, said Lateral Sewer District No.
5-G to include and be comprised of the following territory within
the corporate limits of said City:
All of Lots 1, 3, 5, 71 9, 11, 13, 15, 17,
and 19 on Ellsworth Avenue and all of Lots
2, 41 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20
on Jewell Avenue, all in The Addition to
The University Grounds Addition.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its publisation once in th#3 official City
paper.
Introduced for first reading, September 24th, 1923.
Passed and aprroved, October 1st, 1923.
