An Ordinance creating and establishing Lateral Sewer District No.
14-F in the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT uRDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Lateral Sewer District No. 14-F in
Sewer Zone "F" in the City of Salina, Kansas, be and the same
is hereby created and established, said Lateral Sewer District
No. 14-F to include and be comprised of the following territory
withih the corporate limits of said City:
The south fifty (50) feet of Lot five (5),
all of Lots six (6), seven (7), and eight
(8) on Morrison Avenue., Lots eight (8),
ten (10), Twelve (12), fourteen (14), Block
three (3). Lots one (1), three (3), and five
(5) and the -west forty-one (41) feet of Lots
seven (7) and nine (9) and eleven (11) Block
four (4) all in heplat of Morrison's Third
Addition to Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its publication once in the official City paper.
Introduced for first reading, September 24th, 1923.
Passed and approved, October 1st, 1923.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board Of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Lateral Sevier District No. dot
Fourteen - F in Sewer Zone "F" in the City of Salina, Kansas,
be and the same is hereby created and established, said Lateral
Sever District No. Fourteen F to include and be comprised of
the following territory within the corporate limits of said City:
The south fifty(50) feet of lot five (5) all
of Lots six (6), seven (7), and eight (8) on
Morrison Ave., Lots eight (8), ten (10),
twelve (12), fourteen (14),Block three (3),
lots one (1), three (3) and five (5) and the
vest forty one (41) feet of lots seven (7),
nine (9) and eleven (11) Block four (4) all
in Replat of Morrison's Third Addition to
Salina, Kansas.
