An Ordinance creating and establishing Lateral Sewer District No.
13-F in the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Lateral Sewer vistrict No. 13-F in
Sewer Zone "F" in the City of Salina, Kansas, be and the same
is hereby created and established, said Lateral Sewer I)istrict.
No. 13-F to include and be comprised of the following territory
within the corporate limits of the City:
Lots two (2) to six (6) inclusive, Surveyors
Plat C of Salina, Kansas, Lots one (1) and
three (3) to sixteen (16) inclusive Smith
and Colvard's Addition to the City of oalina,
Kansas.
Section .2,. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its publication once in the official City
paper.
Introduced for first reading, September 24th, 1923.
Passed and approved, October 1st, 1923.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Sectionl. That the Lateral Sewer District No.
Thirteen - F in the "ewer Zone "IS", in the City of Salina, Kansas,
be and the s me is hereby created and established, said lateral
sewer District No. Thirteen - F to include and be comprised of the
following territory within the corporate limits of the City:
