An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim,
BE IT ORDP_INkD by the Board of Commissioners of the Uity of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $255.19 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the General Fund (Street Department) in the City
Treasury for the payment of the following claim:
Lockstrom & Hederstedt -- Repairs for Street Lepartment
Equipment . $255.19
Section 2. That the Director of the Department of r'inance
be and he is hereby directed to issue a warrant countersigned by the
City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim
mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.
Passed and approved, September 24th, 1923.
