An Ordinance granting a right-of-way to the Missouri Pacific Railroad
Company, its successors and assigns for a switch track in, over
and across Pine Street and Fifth Street in the Uity of oalina,
Kansas.
BE 1T ORDAINED by the Board of,Commissloners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company, its
successors and assigns be and it is hereby granted a right-of-way for
switch track in, over and upon Pine Street and Fifth Street in the
City of Salina, as shown by the plat thereof, dated July 25th, 19233,
now on file in the office of the City Engd neer for the purpose of
building a switch and sidetrak from the existing lines of said rail-
road to about the northeast corner of Lot 23 on Santa Fe Avenge in said
City and any extensions thereof which shall be made hereafter on pri-
vate ground.
Section 2: Said sidetrack shall be constructed and maintained
so as not to interfere with the use of said streets as now used and
travelled, and said railroad -company, its successors and assigns shall
maintain crossings over said track on Fifth Street in conformity
with city ordinances in such cases now or hereafter provided.
Section 3. Said company, its st.ccessors and assigns shall have
the right when said switch track shall cease to be used, to remove the
same, provided that if said switch shall be removed the streets over
which the right-of-way is hereby grantbd shall be restored to the con-
dition then existing.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its publication once in the official City paper.

ORDINANCE NO. 2853.
An Ordinance granting a right-of-way to the Missouri Pacific

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
