An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of certain claims.
BP; IT ORDAINED by the -Board of •Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section I. That the sum of $5,990.00 be and the same is: hereby
appropriated out of the Memorial Rall Fund in the City Treasury
for the payment of the following claims:.
Peterson Cons-truction-17th pa•yment•on General Contract 03,400,00
Peterson_ Construction Co. 18th payment on General Contract 2 5959000
Total ......................-..............,....
Section 2. ghat theI3irector of the Department of Finance be
and he is hereby authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the
City Manager upon the Citv treasurer for the payment of the claims
mentioned in -Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of
certain claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Salina:
Section 1. That the sum of $5,990.00 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the Memorial Hall
Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of the follow-
ing claims:
Peterson Construction Co., 17th payment on General
Contract ............$3400.00
Peterson Construction Co., 18th payment on General
Contract ........... 2590.00
Total ............$5990.00
Section 2. That the Director of the Department
of Finance be and he is hereby authorized to issue war-
rants countersigned by the City Manager upon the City
Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage.
