An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the board of Commissioners of the Uity of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. ..That the sum of $515.12 be and the same is
hereby appropriated to Tne Salina Plumbing uompany out of the
Special hewer Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer of the
City of Salina, Kansas for the payment of balance due on sewer
contract dated April 9th,.1923, according to itemized account
now on file in the office of the city Clerk of said City.
Section 2. That the Director of the Department of Finance
be and he is hereby authorized to issue warrant countersigned
by the City Manager upon the City 'Treasurer for the payment of
the Claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. .This ordinance,shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passaEe.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of

BE IT ORDAINED'by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
