An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE 1T ORDAINM by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of X2,343.05 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the General improvement rund in the
City Treasury for the payment of the following claim:
National Bank of America, Sidewalk,.Sdripreet... $2,208.68
Interest ............ 134.37
$20343.05
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of.this ordinance.
6ection 3. 'chis ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.
Passed and approved, August 27th, 1923.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment
of a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $2,343.05 be and
the same is hereby appropriated out of the General
Improvement Fund in the City Treasury for the payment
of the following claim:
National Bank of America, Sidewalk Scrip $2208.68
Interest 134.37
$2343.05
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be
and he is hereby authorized to issue a warrant count-
ersigned by the City Manager upon the City Treasur-
er for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section.3. This ordinance shall take effect
and be in full force from and after its passage.
