An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.

BE IT ORDAT-14ED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $6900.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the various funds in the City
Treasury of the City of Salina, Kansas, for the payment of the
following claim:
Austin-Viestern Road Machinery 1 Austin Motor Pick -Up
Company Sweeper 06900.00
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby directed to issue a warrant in the amount of 02500.00
countersigned by the City Mlanager upon the City Treasurer for
part pa-,yment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this
ordinance, and that 02300.00 be payable in scrip naturing January
20th, 1925; $2300.00 be payable in scrip maturing January 20th,
1926, and bearing interest at the rate of 6% from date.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.

City of Salina, Kansas:
