certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Cormissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
. Section 1. That the sum of $1457-25 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the various funds in the City
Treasury of the City of Salina, Kansas for the payment of the
following claim:
International Harvester Company
of America
1 Truck $1372-25
1 Hoist 85.00
. Total ________$ 4-x'25
Section 2. That the Director of Finance he and he is
hereby directed to issue a warrant in the amount of 8429.08
countersigned by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for
the payment of the claim menitaned in Section one (1) of this
ordinances; and that $514-08 be payable in scrip maturing July
24th, 1924; and 0514.09 be payable in scrip maturing January
20th$ 1925, and bearing interest at the rate of 6% from date.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
fall force from and after its passage.

Section 1. That the sum of $1457.25 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the various funds in the City
Treasury of the City of Salina, Kansas for the payment of the
following claim:

20th, 1925, and bearing interest at the rate of 6* from date.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.
