An Ordinance repealing Ordinance Number 2570 passed and
approved August 21st 1922 entitled, "An ordinance
providing for the excavatinE, grading and paving of
all the unpaved portion of iron Avenue in the City
of Salina Kansas, in the center of said Iron Avenue
occupied by the tracks of The Salina Street Kan."."ay
Company, from the east line of Penn Avenue to the
viest line od Delaware Avenue in said City, and
providingfor the cost thereof, how the same shRll
be assessed and the -manner of payment therefor.
BE IT ORDAIINED by the Board of Cormissioners of the City of
Salina., Kansas:
Section 1. That Ordinance Number 2570 passed and
approved August 21st, 1922, entitled, "An ordinance providing
for the excavating, grading and paving of all the unpaved
portion of Iron Avenue in the City of Salina, Kansas in the
center of said Iron Avenue occupied by the tracks of The
Salina Street Railway Company, from the east line of Penn
Avenue to the west line of elaware Avenue in said City,
and providing for the cost thereof Y how the same shall be
assessed and the manner of payment therefor," be and the
same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its publication once in the official
City paper.
