2922 Railroad on Santa FeAn Ordinance repealing Ordinance, Number 2894 passed and approved November 26th, 1923, entitled, "An ordinance providing for the excavating, grading and paving of all of the unpaved portion of Santa Fe Avenue in the City of Salina, Kansas, in the center of said Santa Fe Avenue as not occupied by the tracks of the Salina Street Railway Cwipany, from a point 230 feet south of South Street to the north line of -Beloit Avenue therein, providing for the cost thereof, how the same shall be assessed and the manner of payment therefor." BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Cor2m.issioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That Ordinance Number 2894 passed and ap- proved November 26th, 1923, entitled, "An ordinance providing for the excavating, grading and paving of all of the unpaved portion of Santa Fe Avenue in the City of Salina, Kansas, in the center of said Santa Fe Avenue as noir occupied by the tracks of the Salina Street Railway Company, from a point 234 feet south of South Street to the north line of Beloit Avenue therein, providing for the cost thereof, hove the same shall be assessed and the manner of payment therefor, " be and the same is hereby repealed, Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and. effect from and after its publication once in the official City paper. Introduced for first reading, February 11th, 1924.
