An Ordinance granting to Union Pacific Railroad Company, its
successors and assigns the right to construct, maintain
and operate a cross over track on Fourth Street, between
Pine Street and Elm Street connecting the main track of
the McPherson Branch of Union'Pacific Railroad Company
with the track of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific
Railway Company.
BE IT ORDI:INED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas;
Section 1. Union Pacific Railroad Company is hereby granted.
the right to construct, and it and its successors and assigns
the right to maintain and operate a cross over track from the
present main track of the McPherson Branch of said Railroad
Company, as now constructed to the track of the Chicago, Rock
Island and Pacific Railway Company, as now constructed on Fourth
Street, and which cross over track shall -be located on Fourth
Street between Pine Street and Elm Street.
Section 2. Said cross over track shall be constructed,
maintained and operated in accordance with the laws of the Jtate
of Kansas and the ordinances of the City of oalina.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and publication in the official City
paper.
