{ An Ordinance making an appropriation for the purchase of
a
time certificates of deposit from the Sinking Fund
of the City of Salina, Kansas.
J° BE IT ORDAINEED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina.,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of q''7500.00 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the moneys from. the Sinking
Fund in the City Treasuty of the City of Salina,sansas
for the investment of certificates of deposit in the vari-
ous banks of the City of Salina, Kansas, ranging in time
twelve (12) months and drawing four (4%) per cent per an-
num.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he
is hereby directed to issue warrants countersigned by the
City IManager upon the City Treasurer for the purpose and
amount specified in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance scall take effect and be

in full force from and after its passage.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the purchase of
time certificates of deposit from the Sinking Fund
of the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Galina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $7500.00 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the moneys from.the
Sinking Fund in the City Treasury of the City of Salina,
Kansas for the investment of certificates of deposit in
the various banks of the City of Salina, Kansas, ranging
in time twelve (12) months and drawing four (4%) per cent
per annum.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he
