ORDINANCE NO. 2920
An Ordinance making an appropriation for the pa7ment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sure of 03100.00 be and the some
is hereby appropriated from. the Unexpended Balance Account
in the City Treasury to be placed in the Sinking Fund for
the purchase of certificates of deposit for the City of
Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. Taht the Director of Finance be and he
is hereby authorized to issue a warrant couzztersigned by
the City tanager upon the City Treasurer for the purpose
and amount specified in Section One (1) hereof.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage.

a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
/Section 1. That the sum of $3100.00 be and the same
is hereby appropriated from the Unexpended Balance Account
in the City Treasury to be placed in the Sinking Fund for
the purchase of certificates of deposit for the City of
Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he
Is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by
the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the purpose
and amount spedified in Section One (1) hereoaf.
