An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim'.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, nansas;
Section 1. That the sum of X200.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Band Arrearage Fund in the City
Treasury for the payment of the following claim:
Salina Municipal Band, Part payment on balance due for
1922 appropriation ........... X200.00
Section 2. That the Director of b1nance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim
mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage. '

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of
a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That thesum of $200.00 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the Band Arrearage Fund in
the City Treasury for the payment of the following claim:
Salina Municipal Band, Part payment on balance
due for 1922 appropriation $200.00
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he
is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by
the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment
of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of. this ordinance.
Section 3. Thisordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage.
