An Ordinance providing for the construction of certain sewer
service pipes in the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina.. Kansas:
Section 1. That the owner or owners of any and all real
estate in the City of Salina, Kansas and abutting
On Front Street from Elm street to Fine street, being
lots 10 to 18 inclusive on Front Street in Original
Town to the City of Salina, Kansas; Lots 14 to 20 in-
clusive in Plat G to the City of Salina, Kansas.
On Eleventh Street from Washington Avenue to Morrison
Avenue being lots 1 & 7 in Block 5, and Lots 2-4-6-8-
10 & 1� in Block 4 all in Replat of Morrisons 3rd
Addition to the City of Salinas Kansas.
Highland Avenue from Republic Avenue to Beloit Avenue,
being Lots 6 & 8 Beloit Avenue, Lots -5 & 7 Republic
Avenue all in Grounds of the Kansas Wesleyan Univer-
siry Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas.
On Yrulberry Street f"'ron, Fifth Street to Second Street,

Section 2. That if the owner or owners of any of the real
estate above described 'shall fail, neglect or refuse to so con-
struct or cause to be constructed or laid said sever service pipes
before the lst day of March, 1924, then the Board of Commissioners
of the City of Salina, Kansas, shall, as soon as practicable after

of any pavement upon the streets above described, cause such server

Section 3. That the cost and expense of the construction
and laying of any and all such severe service pipes, if built by

(2) hereof, shall be assessed against the lots and pieces of ground
abutting on the street on which such improvement is made, accord-
ing to the vost incurred by said City in making said improvement
for each of said described lots or parcels of ground, which special
assessments shall be by the City Clerk certified to the County
