ORDINANCE 110. 2910.
An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of
a certain claim.
BE IT OYMAI-IFTED by the Board of Cornissloner s of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1.
That the sum of X18.875.50 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the moneys from the
1924 Bonds and Coupons Fund in the hands of the City
Treasurer for the payment to E. T. Thompson `'tate Treas-
urer and Kansas Fiscal Agent of bonds ,coupons and com-
mission due January lst, 1924.
Section 2. Thall; the Director of Finance be and he
is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by
the City Iwo-anager upon the City Treasurer payable on but
not before January lst, 1924, in payment of the claim n.en-
tioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
fall force from arift after its passage.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the stun of $18,875.50 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the moneys from the 1924 Bonds
and Coupons Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer for the
payment to E. T. Thompson, State Treasurer and Kansas Fiscal
Agent of bonds, coupons and commission due January 1st,
1924.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he
is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the
City 11anager upon the City Treasurer payable on but not be-
fore January 1st, 1924, in payment of the claim mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage.
