An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payee nt of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $1,700.00 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the Memorial Ball Fund in the City Treasury for
the payment of the following claim:
Peterson Construction
Company Balance on accoustical
Work X11700.00
Section 2. That scrip of the City of Salina, Kansas be drawn
on the City Treasurer for tha payment of the claim mentioned in Section
Cne (1) of this ordinance, said scrip to be payable on or before
January 1st, 1924 and to bear interest at the rate of 6% from date.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after -its passage.

Section 2. That scrip of the City of Salina, Kansas
be drawn on the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim
mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said scrip to
be payable on or before January 1st, 1924 and to bear interest
at the rate of 6% from date.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.
