An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE iT uRDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas;
Section 1. That the sum of $4,652.95 be and the same is here-
by appropriated out of the Light.. and Water Fund in the City Treas-
ury for the payment of the following claim;
Salina Water Works Company ...... Hydrant Rental from
Jan 1st to March 23, 1923 .. $4652.95
Section 2. That the Director of the Department of kinance be and
he is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countergisned.by the City
Managerupon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned
in Section one (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage.
Passed and approved, .............. July 9th, 1923.
