An Ordinance making.an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim
BE IT ORDAINED by the board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the swn of $12,385.00 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the Memorial Hall Fund in the City Treasury of
the City of Salina; Kansas for the payment of the following claim:
Peterson Construction Company .... 12th payment on
General Contract .... $122325.00
Section 2: That the Director of the Department of r'inance be
and he is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the
City Managerupon the City Treasurer for the payment cf the claim men-
tioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This -ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of
a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $12,325.00 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the Memorial Rall Fund
in the City Treasury of the City of Salina, Kansas for
the payment of the following claim:
Peterson Construction Co., 12th payment on General
Contract .............$12,325.00
Section 2. That the Director of.the Department of
Finance be and lie is hereby authorized to issue a warrant
countersigned by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer
for the payment of.the claim mentioned in Section One (1)
of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage.
