An Ordinance repealing Ordinance Number 2595 passed and
approved September 11th, 1922, entitled, "An ordi-
nance specifying and letting a contract for the
excavating, grading and paving,, of certain streets
in the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, . Kansas:
Section 1. That Ordinance lh=ber 2595 passed and ap-
proved. September 11th., 1922, entitled., 'tAn ordinance speci-
fying and selecting the paving material to be used and let-
ting a contract for the excavating, grading and paving of
certain streets in the City of Salina, Kansas.." be and the
save is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
fall force from and after its publication once in the offi-
cial City paper.

BE IT.ORDAINED,by the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Salina, Kansas:
