ORDINANCE NO. 2905
An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINEED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina.. Kansas:
Section I. That the sun of 08803. 81 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the Unexpended Balance Account
in the City Treasuiy; ',!309.75 out of the Refunding Account
in the City Treasury; and , 152,72 out of the General Improve-
ment Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of the follow-
ing claim:
Henry H. Eberhardt, Balance due on General
City Treasurer Bonds & Coupons for
the year 1923 $9266.26
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby directed to issue a warrant countersigned by the City
Mranager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim
mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance,
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
Full force from and after its passage.
Passed and approved, December 17th, 1923.
