BE IT uRDAINED by the zoard of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $5,885.28 be and the same is hereby
appropriated to The.Salina Plumbing Company from the Sewer Improvement
Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer of the City of Salina, Kansas
for the payment of 85% of the contract price for the cost of construct-
ion of certain sewers in the City of Salina, Kansas, according to City
Engineer's Estimate Number 11 on file in the office of the "ity clerk
of said City.
Section 2. That scrip of the City of Salina, Kansas be drawn
on the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
une (1) of this ordinance, said scrip to be payable on or before August
1st, 1923 and to bear no interest.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage.
