ORDINANCR No. 2882.
An Ordinance making I an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the Qity of
5alina* Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $250.00 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund (Building
Depat.tment) in the City Treasury.,.to be placed in the Mem-
orial tall Fund on account of cash paid out for insurance
on memorial Hall Building.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he

is hereby authorized to issue a warrant.,00untersigned by
the City,blanager upon the City Treasurer for the payment
of the claim mentioned in Section (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force fron and after its passage.

Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $250.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the General Fund (Building Department)
in the City Treasury, to be placed in the Memorial Hall Fund
on account of cash paid out for insurance on Memorial Hall Build -

Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim
mentioned in Section one (1) of this ordinance,
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.
