ORDINANCE NO. 2881.
An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas;
Section 1, That the sum of $677.03 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the General Improvement xund in the
City Treasury for the payment of the following claim:
Bailey -Reynolds Chandelier Balance due on Electric -
Company al Contract (Fixtures) $677*03
Section 2* That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City *rreasurer.for. the payment of the claim
mentioned in Section one (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3* This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force .froom and after its passage.
