An Ordinance vacating and discontinuing an alley in the
rear of Lots 50-52 and -54 -on -Santa Fe Avenue in the
Grounds of Kansas Wesleyan University Addition'to the
City of Salina, Kansas, south of Jewell Avenue.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the alley in the rear of Lots 50-
52 and 54 on Santa Fe Avenue in the Grounds of the Kansas
Wesleyan University Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas,
south of Jewell Avenue, be and the same is hereby vacated and
discontinued.
Section 2.. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its publication once in the official
City paper.
Introduced for first reading, April 16th, 1923.
Passed and approved, ........April 20th, 1923.
