An Ordinance creating and establishing Lateral Sewer District
Number 10-F in the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE 1T ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1, That Lateral Sewer Listrict Number 19-F
in Sewer Zone "F" in the City of Salina, Kansas be and the
same is hereby created and established, said Lateral Sewer
District Number 10-F to be included and comprised of the
following territory within the corporate limits of the said
City:
Lots 1 -2 -and 4. Block 9, South Park Addition,
Lot 17, Replat of Block 5, South Park Rddition,
Lots 3 and 4, Block 4, South Park Addition,
Lots 1 and 2, Block "A", South Park Addition
Subdivision No. 1, Lots a and 4, Block "Bff South
Park Subdivision No. 1.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its publication once in the official
city paper.

An Ordinance making appropriations for miscellaneous purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $13,771.74 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the moneys from the
Memorial Hall Fund.in the City Treasury for the payment of
miscellaneous claims hereinafter enumerated, showing to
whom and for what purpose the claim is paid.

in full force from and after its passage.
