An Ordinance making appropriations for miscellaneous purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of. the -City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $130771.74 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the moneys from the Memorial Hall Fund in the City
Treasury for the payment of miseellaneous.claims hereinafter enumerated,
showing to whom and for what purpose the claim is paid.
Memorial Hall Fund
Peterson Construction Co. 10th payment on General Con-
tract (Memorial Hall) ....... .p9,945.00
City Plumbing Co. 4th payment on Heating &
Plumbing Contract"........... 3,808.86
Theo B. W. Seitz, Insurance Premium 17.66_

Section 2. That the Director of the Department of Finance be
and he is hereby authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned
in Section One (1) of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.
