An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a certain.
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of .9,332.22 be and the same is
hereby appropriated to Pri. H. Amerman from the Special Paving
Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer of the City of Salina,
Kansas for the payment of 85$ of the contract price for the
cost of excavating, grading, park -curbing, curbing and gutter-
ing certain streets in the City of Salina, Kansas according
to City Engineer's Estimate Plumber 1, on file in the office of
the City Clerk of said City.
Section 2. That scrip of the City of Salina, Kansas be
drawn on the City 'Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned
in Section one (1) of this ordinance, said scrip to be payable
on or before beptember 1st, 1923 and to bear no inter°est.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.

same is hereby appropriated to M. R. Amerman from the
Special Waving Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer of
the City of Salina, Kansas for the payment of 85% of the
contract price for the cost excavating, grading, park -curbing,
curbing and guttering certain streets in the City of Salina,
Kansas according to City Engineers Estimate Number 1,
on file in the office of the City Clerk of.said City.
Section 2. That scrip of the City of Salina, Kansas
be drawn on the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim
mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said scrip
to be payable on or before September lst, 1923 and to bear
no interest.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage.
