An ordinance making an appropriation for -the payment of a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of theCity of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $13,240.53 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out
of the
raving rund
in the CityTreasury for the.payment
of the following
claim:
brown-Crummer Investment 0ompany, For cash acvanced on
scrip P-, interest and
expense of printing bonds $13,240.53
Section 2. That the Diretor of the Department of Finance be and he
is hereby directed to issue a warrantecountersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the purpose and amount specified in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage.

BE: IT ORDAINED by ithe Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $13,240.53 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the Waving Fund in the
City Treasury for the payment of the following claim:
Brown-Crummer Investment For cash advanced on
Company, scrip & interest and
expense o' printing bonds 013,240.53
Section 2. That the Director of the Department.of
Finance be and he is hereby directed.to issue a warrant
countersigned by the 0 y. Manager upon the City Treasurer
for the purpose and amount specified in Section One (1)
of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shalltake effect and be
in full force from and after its passage.
