3549 AppropriationsLl E ORDINANCE NO. 3549 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $60931.66 be and the same is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of 85% of the contract price for materials furnished and labor performed prior to June 1st, 1928, in the construction of Storm Sewer No, 8, under contract dated April 16th, 1928, Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 30 days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of our and one-fourth (4-1/4%) per cent per annum.
