ORDINANCE NUMBER 3535
An Ordinance relating to the sale of a certain building by the
City of Salina to W. G. Malden.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the agreement made by the City of Salim
and V. G. Walden, for the sale of a certain dwelling house
located on Lot Two (2) and the east eighteen (18) feet of Lot
One (1) in Abbott and Williams Addition, which land has been
condemned by the City of 0alina for the opening, widening and
extending of Eleventh Street, for the sum of 01050.00, and
providing for the removal of said dwelling house from said land
at the expense of said W. G. Walden, be and the same is hereby
approved, ratified and confirmed and that upon the payment of
said stum to the City of Salina said W. G. Walden is hereby
authorized to remove said building from said land, at his own
expense, said sum when collected, to be credited to the Gener-
al Improvement Fund.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its publication in the official City
paper.
