ORDINANCE NO. 3529
AN ORDINANCE vacating certain parts of certain alleyslocated in
Blocks 4, 50 61 71 8 and 9 in Calkins Addition to the City
of.Salina$ Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissicners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the following portions of that part of the
alley running north and south in Block 4 in Calkins Addition in
the City Of Salinas to -wit: the west 5 feet of said alley lying
east of and adjacent to Lots 1 to 12s inclusive, in said Block 4,
and the east 5 feet of said alley lying west of and adjacent to
Lots 35 to 46s inclusive, in said Block 4, and lying north of th
right-of-way of the Union Pacific Railroad be and the same are here-
by vacated and that those parts of said alley so vacated shall re-
vert to and become a part of the lots lying adjacent to said portions
of said alley.
Section 2. That the following portions of the alley running
north and south in block 5 in Calkins Addition in the City Of Salina.,
to -wit: the west 5 feet of said alley lying east of and adjacent
to Lots 1 to 10, inclusive, in said Block 5 and the east 5 feet of
said alley lying west of and adjacent to Lots 11 to 20 inclusive,
in said Block 5, be and the same are hereby vacated and that those
parts of said alley so vacated shall revert to and become a part of
thelots lying adjacent to said portions of said alley.
Section 3. That the following portions of the alley running
north and south in Block 6 in Calkins Addition in the City of Salina,

to -wit: the west 5 feet of said alley lying east of and adjacent to
,Lots 1 to 10$ inclusive, in said Block 5 and the east 5 feet of said
alley lying west of and adjacent to Lots 11 to 20, inclusive, in said
Block 6, be and the same are hereby vacated and that those parts of
alley so vacated shall revert to and become a Part of the lots lying
adjacent to said portions of said alley.
Section 4. That the following Portions of the alley running
north and south in Block 7 in. Calkins Addition in the City Of Salina,
to -wit: The west 5 feet of said alley lying east of and adjacent to
lots 1 to loo inclusive, in said block 8 and the east 5 feet of said
alley lying west of and adjacent to Lots 11 to 20, inclusive, in
said Block 7, be and the same are hereby vacated and that those parts
of said alley so vacated shall revert to and become a part of the
lots lying adjacent to said portions of said alley.

Lots 1 to 10, inclusive, in said Block 8 and the east 5 feet of said
alley lying west of and adjacent to Lots 11 to 20, inclusive, in said

Section 6. That the following portions of that part of the
alley running north and south in Block 9 in Calkins Addition in

east of and adjacent to Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, in said. Block 9,
and the east 5 feet of said alley lying west of and adjacent to
Lots 40 to 46, inclusive, in said Block 90 and lying north of the
right-of-way of the Union Pacific Railroad, be and the same are
hereby vacated and that those parts of said alley so vacated shall
revert to and become a part of the lots lying adjacent to said
portions of said alleys.
Section 7. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its publication in the official city paper and
after a copy of this ordinance, certified by the City Clerk, to-
gether with the proof of publication thereof, has been filed in
the office of the Register of Deeds of Saline County, Kansas.

AN ORDINANCE vacating certain parts of certain alleys located in
Blocks 4, 53 60 70 8 and 9 in Calkins Addition in the City
of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the following portions of that part of.the
alley running north and south in Block 4 in Calkins Addition in
the City of Salina, to -wit: the west 5 feet of said alley lying

inclusive, in said Block 7, be and the same are hereby vacated and
that those parts of said alley so vacated shall revert to and be-
come a part of the lots lying adjacent to said portions of said
alley.
Section 5. That the following portions of the alley running
north and south in Block 8 in Calkins Addition in the City of Salina,
to -wit: the west 5 feet of said alley lying east of and adjacent to
lots 1 to 102 inclusive, in said clock 8 and the east 5 feet of said
alley lying west of and adjacent to Lots 11 to 20, inclusive, in
said Block 8, be and the same are hereby vacated and that those
parts�of said alley, so vacated shall revert to and become apart
of the lots lying adjacent to said portions of said alley.
Section 6 That the following portions of that part of the
alley running north and south in Block 9 in Calkins Addition in
the City of Salina, to -wit: the west 5 feet of said alley lying
east of and adjacent to Lots l to 7, inclusive, in said Block 9,
and the east 5 feet of said alley lying west of and adjacent to
Lots 40 to 460 inclusive, in said Block 9, and lying north of the
.right-of-way of the Union Pacific nailroad, be and the same are
hereby vacated and that those parts of said alley so vacated shall
revert to and become a part of the lots lying adjacent to said
portions of said alleys.
