ORDINANCE -NO. 3525

AN ORDINANCE amending Section 4 of Ordinance No. 2993, being
Section 5-204 of the Revised Ordinances 1925, relating
k r to the construction of buildings and the issuing of per-
mits therefor.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. `that Section 4 of Ordinance No. 2993, being
Section 5-204 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Salina,
1925, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
rr5-204. No framsbuilding built or moved within fire limits.
Section 4. No frame or wooden s ructure s a Hereafter be Euilf
-within the fire limits now existing or within the fire limits here-
after established, and no frame building shall be moved from with-
out to within the fire limits, or from one location to another,
either on the same lot or otherwise, within the fire limits, as
now or hereafter established.E'
Section 2. That said original Section 4 of Ordinance No.
2993, being Section 5-204 of the Revised Ordinances 1925 be and
the same is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its publication in the official city paper,

An Ordinance amending Section 4 of Ordinance No. 2993, being Section
5-204 of the Revised Ordinances 1925, relating to the construction
of buildings and the issuing of permits therefor.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
SECTION 1. That Section 4 of Ordinance No.2993,being Section 5-204
of the Revised Ordinances of, the City of Salina,1925, be and the same
is hereby amended to read as follows:
115-206 No frame buildinz built_.or moved within fire limits.
Section 4. No frame or wooden structure -shall -hereafter be built
within the fire limits now existing or within the fire limits here-
after established, and no frame building shall be moved from without
to within the fire limits, or from one location to another, either
on the same lot or otherwise, within the fire limits, as now or
hereafter established."
SECTION 2. That said original Section 4 of Ordinance.No. 2993,
being Section 5-204 of the Revised Ordinances 1925 be and the same
is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
